Boxes will generally be shipped out the same or next day using UPS ground or USPS. If there is a deadline your box needs to arrive by, call to make sure box will arrive on time. If you have any questions please feel free to call or email.
Work will be shipped out in 1-4 business days via USPS (U.S. Postal Service) parcel post or UPS ground, unless other arrangments are made by the buyer. Orders with P.O. boxes will automatically be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). If you prefer one service over another, indicate this when you order. International shipping is not available on the internet at this time, but special arrangments may be made by email or phone.
Returns on un-used pottery may be exchanged for other work within 30 days of original invoice date of purchase. Return postage is not refundable and the buyer is responsible for the safe return of the purchase. Please contact us via e-mail for return authorization and shipping instructions. If an item has been damaged during shipping, let us know as soon as possible.
